Effective communication is an essential practice for personal and professional success.  I offer a range of communication consulting services designed to improve people's communication skills. By relying on the latest and most trusted evidence in the field of Communication Studies, I use my knowledge and years of teaching to show clients how to improve their teamwork, leadership skills, interpersonal communication, public speaking, and writing.

All of the workshops and one-on-one coaching that I do rely on evidence-based practices that will immediately make participants more effective communicators. Many people mistakenly believe that communication is a matter of transmitting information from one person to another. But this is not how communication works, and I help clients understand how communication is more a matter of producing effects on others than of transmitting information. Once this insight is clear, clients learn how to produce the effects that they want.

My most popular workshops focus on persuasion, particularly for people in sales and recruiting or marketing. I've taught persuasion for 25 years, and I've shown many clients how to be more persuasive and increased sales and profit for every client I've worked with.
